Is the imoo children's smart watch waterproof? Can it be worn while swimming?
Of course, all imoo watch models are waterproof.
The imoo Z1 has an IPX8 waterproof rating, so there's no problem wearing it while washing your hands or in the rain.
The imoo Z3 & Z7 and X10 models of children's smartwatches have an IP68 waterproof rating, providing waterproof protection up to a depth of 20 meters underwater, making them suitable for swimming.
Please note: If the SIM card cover or casing is damaged, the waterproof performance may be affected. Therefore, before submerging the device in water, please ensure that the SIM card cover is securely installed.
After contact with water, please wipe the microphone and speaker openings dry with a cloth.
How do I charge it correctly? What if it doesn’t power on for the first time?
Align the magnetic charging contacts on the cable with the charging contacts on the back of the kids gps watch. The screen will display “Charging…” when correctly connected.
If a new watch won’t power on, the battery may be depleted; it will turn on automatically once connected to the charger.
Be sure to use a CE-certified 5V/2A adapter.

The app is required for messages. Child can call any phone if you allow it but no video except through the app.
Is there a class mode/disabling function with this imoo smartwatch?
Yes, you can set class hours (e.g., 9:00-17:00) via the imoo watch app. Only time display and SOS function are available during this period.
What should I note before installation the imoo watch for kids?
Before installation, please: Insert the SIM card into a phone to disable the PIN lock; Contact your carrier to activate the “Caller ID” function and GPRS data service.
Does the child need a mobile phone with them to enable range/connection?
It works without the phone. You need to insert a sim card inside the watch.
How many watches can parents bind to the app?
Five watches in total.
What can I do if the watch get lost or has been stolen?
Please set up Lost Mode as soon as possible if the watch has been stolen or lost. Then you can get the location in the mobile APP once the watch is power on and connect to the network. The watch will display “Please contact the owner” and can’t be used as long as you don’t unbind the watch from the APP.
How to set up the Lost Mode?
Find "More" in the mobile APP, then slide down to “Lost Mode" and set it up.
